Ask as many question as you like - that is what the forum is here for. With regards to protein, I like Designer Protein (chocolate!) which is available from most of the retailers that advertise on this site including Body Shapers Fitness: http://www.bodyshapersfitness.com/pr...?idcategory=36 This is a whey protein which digests quickly in the body, for this reason I usually blend it with some Cottage Cheese (which is casein protein and much slower to digest & makes you feel fuller for longer) and milk.
