| Well, heavy training affects the central nervous system and that very well can keep you up at night. That is kindof common. I remember a time when I was pushing as hard as I could and then maybe 2 days later I would get sick. The very next day I would feel tired.
The training late thing. It could be possible. Trying to unwind after heavy lifting.
