If i dont do it in the morning before food I do it after my weight seshion, just doing 20 - 30 mins of LIT(low intensity) cardio. MMM..interesting, I have always done my cv session first when trying to lose bf...I see no change in the amount I am able to lift regardless of wether i do cv first or not. maybe im wrong on this one??
