| I would try and cut your weight session down in time to no more than 40 mins tops and then 20 mins cardio. Shake straight after the entire 1 hr session. 45 to 60 mins of weight training seems a long time to me mate. Not sure what reps you are using but if losing fat is the aim I would use high reps and low rest periods and you will be going in the right direction imo. |
