Dead lifts are kindof a whole body workout.
They are very nice for developing legs, lower back, traps, grip, very good core exercise, probably the best.
Natural test levels rise with this exercise.
Deads are a necessary tool for strength training.

All of my lifts went up after doing these.
But they can give you a sortof thick waist, hell, I dont care about that I got one of those anyways
