| thanks lads its nice to know there's people out there to give some good advice.As from monday im at the gym 5 days a week for 4 weeks hopefully should have some good results by then. My goal is to be well on the way looking good for the summer well august 27th to be exact. I want to look good for then and i am going to do it just need my diet sorting and some advice on the training and ill be well on my way again thanks |
