| V-Man's Personal Skin saver plan! Hi just wanted to share a usefull tip on how to avoid streach marks or at least minimise them - wether training naturally or on a chemical diet.
morning:
after your morning shower you must moisturise your skin - the product to use here is Palmers coca skin butter massage it all over your body.
pre workout:
Before going in to the gym whilst getting changed massage this same butter into your skin under arms, triceps, biceps and other areas that YOU are prone for streach marks.
post workout:
after showering/sauna/etc I use a Aloe Vera gel from H&B your skin absorbs this very quickly without smell or residue real nice hydration for your skin
bedtime:
before bed, use the coca butter again in your problem areas and also take a Vit E capsule 1000Iu strength this helps keep your skin in tip top condition for regeneration plus as you grow in your sleep your skin will be really supple due to the moisture locked in by the butter! this butter is the dogs danglies! pregnant women use it for prevention of strech marks - I knew about this product as it helped my nipples recover after my gyno surgery.
