Oatmeal is a very good dish to start the day off.
Can have that with eggs or whey.
If using oats it would be 1 scoop of whey for each half cup of uncooked oats.
French fries tast really good but they are kindof not that good for you.
Most of the time they are cooked in vegetable oils and actually turn into trans fats, so keep those for a cheat dish like once a week.
