really appreciate the help as im doing annother shhow in aprril and yes that was the stars of tomorrow where i met steedee , nice bloke and waas a lot less nervouse than me
i did use dieretics i used aldactone for 4 days prior and was told to drink bottle of dry white wine night before but that just got me ****ed and made me fall asleep as i dont drink hence didnt lose the water from it
