-Okay, i've decided. At this point, i'm more concerned with a flat stomach and losing the -half muscle, half fat- man boobs. Do I change my workout routine in any way? I'm going to cut on calories, but should I continue with the high-protein foods + protein powder?
Any tips you may have at all are much appreciated.
