| Interval training is defo a great way to lose weight!!!!!!!!!!!!!
But I think 20 mins each session could improve. Try going for 20 mins on the treadmill and another 20 on a crosstrainer or elliptical machine. And dont forget to hit the interval training hard (A good way to do this is let the machine select the interval time rather than you deciding when is best). Also a good way of directly shedding the fat is to do cardio first thing in the morning before you eat anything.
On the BF I think you look around 20-25% and you should expect to lose around 2-3 pound per week with proper diet (Most important) and cardio. So all in all you should lose taht 14lb in around 5 weeks!!! |
