All advice 'preciated. The training is going really well, in fact I've decided it's the easy part!!. Maintaining my 5 to 6 meals a day is the difficult part, with work etc etc. Anyway, my question is, is a soy protein shake better than no shake at all???? I'm aware that it's not well thought of, but I'm allergic to the rest of the shakes and I find hitting 300gm of protein a day, consistently, difficult. Was planning on having a couple of shakes a day on top of regular meals, which consist of the usual tuna, loads of steak and chicken.
All thoughts appreciated.
