Well as TT says you need approx 2lb per lb of lean bodymass. I usually go for 1.5g per lb of total bodyweight which usually works out spot on.

So you need approx 350-400g per day imo.

Tuna smoothies are a good one mate good protein and you can cain them quick its not like trying to eat it.
