thx carlos this is with no training for 3 weeks due to work commitments but now im back training flat t'out lol:lift: also im 5ft6 12st 6 and 17 years of age and have been training for a year mainly for powerlifting and no particular diet no gear no supps fcuk all lol what do you suggest for the triceps ? thx m8
