| starting back at the gym today I started back at the gym this evening, got my induction at 16:30. I'm 5' 6" and about 187 LBS BF according to a site was 30% not sure if these are that acurate or not as muscle does weight heavyier than fat.
I basicly want to look at tonning and increasing my mass. I intend to go everyday to either do torso Monday, Wednesday, Friday and below the waist Tuesday, Thursday and maybe saturday withSunday off. Maybe even having Saturday and sunday off.
I Was also considering Swimming some odd day's, swimming helps alot with my chest and lung capacity as i suffer from asthma ans this
helps alot.
Can you recommend some products for me, I have Whey protein powder and creatine powder to mix with the shakes. I've read some posts about loading cycles. creatine should be 1 teaspoon 2 to 3 times a day and shakes twice a day depending on what result you desire.
Is there certain brands to steer clear of or ones you can recommend. My diet I've looked at most meat are ok but fish are off the menuas i have an alergies.
some of the flavoured rices seem to be low in saturated fats, with good protein/ carbs so i can cook them quickly in work without must fuss, paid £17.68 for 6 boneless chick fillets, 8 hand sized very lean steak about 1/2 inch thick so that should sort out the dinner.
snacks i was looking at some nuts with possibly beans on toast or tuna rolls (wholemeal) for breakfast. evening i can cook some potatoes, vegetables with either chicken or steak.
if you can recommend any other supplements, snacks or some good excersizes, my legs are quite strong and can easyily work on them from bikes running and weights, but the general area i would like to consentrate on is the abs and upper body for now.
