cyclops_45 will become famous soon enough
got agree with big.... you need to start relying less on supps (ie isolated whey products). Real magic potions can be found in the kitchen cupboard.

Substitute the whey with a tub of quark or boiled/grilled chicken breast (approx. 150-200g) along with say 50-150g wholemeal/basmati rice (amount depending on goal cut/bulk/strength increase etc) and some fresh salad and a piece of fruit.

I pick-up fresh chicken from a local butcher each week and boil up 15 or so pieces every other night (and grill some up with oil free seasoning), plus boil up a pan of rice. Hey presto you got easy access to decent clean carbs and some good quality protein for the whole of the next couple of days.

If you want to build strength and make progress its got to be fresh meat, fresh veg and fresh fruit bro (.....you wouldn't run a Rolls Royce on paraffin ?). Not out of box, ready meal, 'instantised' supplements (although obviously there can be a benefit when used post work out).

Failing all that bollocks,...... you could add x20 pro plus to your shake.... that would give it a kick!
