First off hi all, ive been round the forum for a while and finally signed up
Ive been training for about a year and before that 3 years (i had a year break). Ive used most supplements before but im looking for some advice on what im using now. My main problem is my bodys lets say to hard for what i can give it. Im not being big headed here but ive got a phenomenal recovery rate and my body just seems to shrug most exercise off without a second look. To get any gains when i trained before i was doing a full body work out to failure every day and yet ive never ached or stiffened up the next morning etc.
Im 5ft 6" and weigh 65kg, and my big 4 tend to look like this:
Bench- 55kg 3x8
Shoulder- 30kg 3x8
Squat-40kg 3x8
Dead lift- 35kg 3x8
At the min im taking:
30g whey
30g scottish oats
30g fructose
Every 3 hours
5gms creatine 2 hours before my workout and before bed, 100g calcium casienate and 100g scottish oats before bed.
And ive just added L-glutamine 2hours before my workout and before bed.
Is there anything else that could give it a good kick?? Legall only though please.
