About trying to get a physique like brad pitt........its not like his physique is rare is it. There are thousands and thousands of guys out there that have a physique like that. His routine is nothing special at all aswell...........its just a routine.
Do what works for you and go from there. If you were to train hard and be dedicated you could achieve a body like his in a year or 2 depending on what you look like now. You could also do a nice little cycle of maybe test and/or deca and use winstrol at the end. |
