Had a good look at your link & I will be making sure I have the correct diet and training routine for a couple of months before considering doing gear.
Will ensure I am getting through the usual 2gr protein & 4gr of carbs p/lb of body weight. Also suspect I have been overdoing it at gym as I have been training 4-5 days p/week on average. This week I will be going through a new routine with one of the trainners at the gym to make sure I do not overtrain.
