| Doctor told me i was low in zinc.
I used to have little white patches all over my nails as a symptom of it. I even made a thread about it last year. I take 1 every day and my nails are perfect now. I dont know the consequences of low zinc levels, i didnt feel any ilness or lethargy from it but thats an interesting thread. |
