| should i stay on? hi guys again, the new year is just around the corner and im looking to start a new program also with a new cycle in january. The thing is tho that my current program that i've been doing was a sternght routine comprising of 3x6 reps,all multi compound movements. i was wondering wether or not to continue with my current routine(bin doin for 3 months) because i have seen some good gains or start a new 4 day split in the new year aswell as my new cycle. any advice or opinions welcome cheers |
