| At that age mate, cardio is the only way, imho.
To young, especially for a female to start training.
Why dosnt she join a gymnatics class? dance class? anything like that - Hell, buy her a skipping rope for christmas
Anything that gets her heart racing (please no snide comments!!) would be good enough for her, untill shes 16/17 mate.
Could always get her doing a few sit-ups, etc as well
