hey im sure a few men on here are into building muscle to get attention from the girls, do you agree or disagree. its certainly done me a few favours lol.
any one on here think they have got more attention than before they were into training. just a topic i thought i would bring up.
i am going to canary islands for christmas and i have been training hard for that beach body and hopefully it will pay off lol i think it has already from last friday :p
