no problem millie, that sample diet is pretty low carb, so you might want to have one day a week where you eat higher carbs or have a cheat meal just to rev up your metabolism a bit. Alternatively if you plateau, cut the amounts of oats and sweet potato.
If you get bored, substitute for foods from the same food group e.g small portion rice instead of sweet potato, maybe a low carb protein bar instead of a shake, eggs instead of cottage cheese, etc etc
