I have to find the stuff for the vegetarian defficiencies.

But for the most part you are gonna have to change to lower GI carbs and add some protein, if you want to lose weight along with fish oils.
err...fish oils arent vegetarian...

there seems to be a bit of an anti vegetarian feeling in these replies

I am a lifelong vegetarian and it has never held me back.

Millie, get yourself eating some protein every 3 hours, eggs, cottage cheese, tofu, soya, drop the carbs down, whack in some good fats like flax and see the changes!

eg:
8 am: oats and protein shake
11 am: cottage cheese and veg, tsp flax oil
2pm : small sweet potato and egg omlette( 6 whites 1 yolk)
4pm: quorn slices or whatever, flax oil
5pm train
PWO: whey shake with carbs(maltodextrin or oats or banana)
7pm: egg white omelette and plenty veg, flax oil
10pm : protein shake
