| Well, being a vegetarian, you should add some vitamins like B12 and some creatine, there are others but off the top of my head vegetarians are missing a few things that is needed.
That flabbyness might be a difficiency in protein and if this is the case you will have a compromised immune system.
I have to find the stuff for the vegetarian defficiencies.
But for the most part you are gonna have to change to lower GI carbs and add some protein, if you want to lose weight along with fish oils.
