Day One - take off DB press and do either dips or tri ext (not both)
Day Two - Squats not leg press and i'd do no extensions
Day Three - drop close grip chins and pull downs and do wide grip chins or pull downs and put in a row of some sort (alsdo i'd do your shoulders with chest - a push/pull/legs)
this is all imo though .... but remember you can't gain if you don't let yourself fully recover... if you load then deload then load etc... with low volume and cycle lifts like your deads then imo you can recover after a week - if you do a higher volume workout think about 21 on and 7 days off ;) |
