Day 1:
Bench press
Dumbell bench (considering on taking this one off.)
Dumbell flies
Tricep Pushdown
Dips
Day 2:
Squats
Leg press (again, considering on taking this one off.)
Leg extensions
Calf Raise
Leg curls
Day 3:
Deadlifts
Shoulder press
Close grip lats
Close grip chins
Bicep curl
