Unhappy Vegetarian trying to lose weight

I know there are a lot of post and sample diets floating around, but has anyone got some diet, training plans for a vegatarian trying to lose weight and tone up.
Im 5ft4 and about 9st, i know this doesnt sound awful lots but i am rather flabby and would like to lose about a stone. I gym about 4 days per wk cardio for half hour and 3 times a week weight with my boyfriend but I still feel so flabby.
I think my diet needs a huge overall .....HELP please xXx
