excellent article, pscarb, three thing's i've learned since starting my bulking diet, and starting to eat healthy is
1) I can actually cook without a microwave,
2) the variety of foods out there are amazing, just varying my diet as you say, so i'm not eating the same thing day in day out.
3) food can be fun, i'm no Ainsley Harriot, But I give it a go.
And as you mentioned about feeling sluggish after fast food or unhealthy food, the other day I had a treat of a fried Brekkie at the local cafe, it was swimming in fat,
I couldn't believe the affect it had on me, it wasn't just sluggish it was like it had just sapped my strength, I felt down mentally as well as phsically, it was an eye opener, I won't be doin that again.
You don't realise the effect that the modern day diet has on us here in the west, as we've come acustomed to it over the years.
