| my diet so far is it better? hey
since starting to try eat healthily this is what i have eaten so far today, trying to use up what ive got
13.00 Bacon Sandwich - 2 rashers grilled bacon and 2 rounds white bread no butter and a glass of skimmed milk
15.00 Sveltesse pro biotic drink
16.00 One Poaches Egg on 1 toast with flora light
18.00 Will be having 2 fish fingers, 2 boiled potatoes and peas later and some fruit grapes and bananas
normally i would have had
10.00 rice crispies with skimmed milk or 2 pieces of toast
12.30 macdonalds burger and chips and coke or just chip sandwich or crisp sandwich
17.00 burger and chips, bread and butter
please help me i am a very fussy eater but want this so much |
