| pain after training legs I am wondering if anyone has had a simmilar experance I have found that when i train legs, i am ok for about 2 days then i start getting pain in my quads and the back of my knees. i expect some pain but the pain lasts for about 5 days in total. can anyone offer any adivce?
my routine consists of
squats
leg press
leg extenshion.
stiff leg deadlift
leg curls
