i dont see the problem in haveing them shakes, i mean the guy might have to? he might work silly hours like me and just simply cant eat on the job. but as matt always says, get as much protein in you as you can..... if u ever ask a big guy how much protein he is takeing, i bet he doesnt say 50g a day, i bet its about 400g.
