Brand spanking new..

hi guys!
im 16 years old weighing around 8stone and joined Livingwells gym just a week ago,
what im gettin at is im absolutley brand new to training and dont know where to start!.
i have a big tub of whey protein (rego fast build) and creatine sat in my bedroom but now a clue how to use them proplerly or get the best out of them.
my current routine is drink the protein and creatine together then get down to my local gym, first thing i do is jump on the treadmill for a warm up, then stretch, then continue to run at reasonable pace for 7KM which usualy takes about 50mins flat out. then proceed down to the weight section and i am realy skinny (more built as stamina over muscle) so i dont actualy know what im doin at this point. i just lift till i feel i had enough, bein as skinny as i am, any muscle reputitions is a good thing right?.
is this correct or am i way off the mark?
im not sure how often to take the powders either, is it once a day or 3 times? or just before i train?.
i know your the guys who can help me out.
