cant cover it all here mate, better off it the diet forum, but bang in the good fats, udos oil, snack on nuts etc, and wheres the eggs? And have a cheat day.

Get your diet sorted and your body used to eating more frequently and dealing with the extra cals BEFORE you start your cycle.. You will respond much better that way..

Go for 500mg a week,, keep the cardio low intensity...
