Well this is good because being honest your diet ain't great. If you want to put on
quality muscle then you need to get your nutrients from
quality sources. Chips and fried chicken isn't going to cut it, they are both full of saturated fat and empty carbs. Get your protein from lean sources such as chicken (grilled, skinless), turkey, tuna, fish etc. Get your carbs from stable sources instead of sugary ones.
