Have my own gym which is fully equipped and with a separate area for hardcore training and fitness training.

i.e. hardcore area lots of iron and heavy dumbells, power racks, lifting mats.

fitness area nice and polished dumbells, nice decor etc.

From this gym I would run my supplement sales business and personal training service.

This is in my 5 year plan and it will be a reality in 4 years.
