| Newbie needs help from the start. Im 19 5ft 8" and i weight 9 stone. Im joining my local gym next week. At the moment im eating 3 meals a day, but sometimes i skip breakfast because i'm still in bed intill 11. I have dumbells at home which i do about 50 reps each day on each arm. The dumbells weight 11kg. So what should i be eating and how should i be exercising. I'm willing to change what i eat in a big way because i hate being the skinny guy. |
