| Why just muscle to your shoulders? Well, to gain muscle anywhere, you need to get 3 things sorted, diet, training and rest. So for diet you need to eat good quality food, 1g of protein/lb body weight, complex carbs and good fats.
Training for shoulders should be pressing movements such as either barbell or dumbell presses - these are the main lifts you should concentrate on 3 sets 8-12 reps.....you could also add upright rows, front raises, lateral raise and rear raises.
rest is just as important to grow - so hit your shoulders (and each other muscle group) about once a week only
