| I spend about 1 an a half hours a day, don't know whether you're supposed to hurt or not, but if I don't ache like a bitch the next day i get the right hump, cos I know I've done a good session when I do ache.
By the way that's about 1 1/4 hour training and 1/4 hour chopsing, depends on body part, I do about 20 sets per body part.
