| i do 3-4 times a week , usually about 1 and a half hours at a time , but i can do my work out in about an hour if the gyms quite and i can get on with it . just cause u dont hurt inthe morning does nt mean u have nt had a good workout . who told u that . quality of the time mate no the quantity .
