new routine, help needed at the moment its like this, but i wont nclude the routine i do as i dont know the names of the things i do lol soz!
monday : : shoulds & traps
Tuesday : : Back & Biceps
Thursday : : Chest & Triceps
Friday : : Legs
currently doing 3 different exercises for each body part with 3 sets and i'll start on 12 reps then 10 then 8
thing is ive stopped seeing gains as much recent if any at all, a few people from the gym have said i need to be doing more compound exercises and fewer reps
i assumed they where right as a fair few have said exactly the same thing and they're all big lads like
if anybody has time could they post a link to a good routine or type out a routine that has worked well for them in the past
i know everyboy reacts differently to different routines but i just want to try new things to see if it makes any difference, ive noticed a few times people talking about 5x5 etc but i dont have a clue what all that is, it might be an idea for somebody to post a link to all the "slang" you lot use if theres such a site
