Say you are doing a DB row with that type of weight - I'd go.....

1 - 20kg (15)
2 - 25kg (10)
3 - 30kg (8)
4 - 35kg 6-8)
5 - 35kg (6-8)


a rowing exercise done for back - on to a width exercise.......
