| As it happens i could do with a new routine before i start my cycle!!
Well i work out at home so ill list what equipment ive got and any ideas are more then welcome!
Incline Bench
Barbell
Dumbell x 2 sets
Push Up Stands
Gym mat (Which i pull over bench so i can do preacher curls without burning my skin off!)
Its not much i know but it still does the trick lol.
