| Thats what i mean i have no strict diet at the moment my first thread tht no1 replied 2 stated tht i was away on a 6month tour of Iraq and wanted 2 use the time!!! I asked for some training routines to pump up and lose weight!!! I have free weights and cardio equipment available!!
Breakfast in the cookhouse normally consists of porridge made with water, boiled eggs, fruit, yoghurt, cereals toast all the other stuff i want 2 avoid lol!!!
Lunchtime there is salad available!! what stuff should i eat pasta, prawns, lettuce, cucumber tomatoes tuna yoghurts again?? fruit???
Tea there is always loads of veg tho sometimes it is deep fried :( potatoes meats or baguettes
Its quite hard as its a set menu cant get food from elsewhere
Your help guys would b appreciated and some routines 2!! Can workout mornings and evening 6 days a week if need b
or cardio every day and weights every other!!
