If I was in your position I would have no doubts and use an AI. Even men using TRT doses will eventually have increased levels of estrogen in response to the artificial spikes in T that occur.

I do not know wether an AI would solve your BP problem but it would certainly help rather than hinder it.

It may be that you drop down to a TRT dose of test only and increase this gradually to the level you wish to dose - monitoring BP to ensure no increase occurs. If you get here add in the other compounds one at a time and that way discover what is causing your high BP. Not the best cycle but good information to ensure future cycles are healthier and it may save you from a stroke or kidney failure!!!


When taking your T split into as many doses as you can (within reason). Test E dosed at 1 x 500mg a week will increase estrogen to a greater extent than 2 x 250mg a week and if you split the dose over 3 days you would have less estrogen production again.
