Re: Managing Water Retention........

Well couple of things as I see it, might not apply but could be valid.

Just because you don't feel estrogenic sides etc, doesnt mean your estrogen isn't elevated - just means it isn't elevated enough to develop blatant effects.

So, if your estrogen were up, you would retain more sodium, which in turn retains water. Even taking in normal salt levels will casue this becasue you arent excreting it at the same rate.

This could be one possibility, and maybe you are just susceptible to that - might be wise to run a mild dose of AI regardless.

You could, as a test, try running 5 days of Aquaban, this works by encouraging your body to actually dump sodium, and since the water cant stay on its own, it gets expelled too. I use this with pretty extreme effect when I am getting folks to give me a lookover when prepping. Only thing is it can have abit of a rebound, but if you limit sodium this will be minimised.

5l of water should be ample intake.

Deca does cause water retention with me, but having said that, I only really use it off season, where I don't pay particular attention to salt intake - maybe if I cut that, it would help... and you were taking it in conjunction with tren too werent you? I'd imagine in sensitive people, the two of them could produce quite a negative double whammy.

Could be you have an alergy or sensitivity to a food additive or food type, this can drive water retention through the roof (and be life threatening in some circumstances).

For instance, I do believe a lot of people are sensitive to cheap supermarket bread, but just don't know it, because this is the way they ahve always been, nothing to compare too. I only found out myself after my first show diet - all my life I had a big puffy face, within a couple of weeks of cutting bread, my face changed drastically. If i have a couple of slices after a few weeks without, it feels like my head is about to burst, my face puffs up etc etc...

Could be something lurking like that...
