Any specific ways, I drink plenty of water 5L pd, avoid salt though not as much
as I thought looking at some of my food packaging

I don't have any gyno symptoms (for a change) so don't really want to add
an AI
Any other ways?
One other thing, I've read deca is bad for WR, and I've read deca is not bad for WR
whats the deal??
I'm sure its not helping with my bp atm
