hi guys and girls
Iam starting a new cycle today have done lot of prep for this iam going to run a 12 week cycle 4 nights a week training which will be
monday weights
tuesday weights
wednesday cardio
thurs weights
fri weights
then sat and sunday rest
iam on 1ml of sust and 1 ml of eq on a monday then the same on thursady
do you think this is a good cycle any advice kindly welcome i also have a pct in place to start on the 12 week....
