I did a short 4 weeks on naposims but think I would have gained like that anyway. I was eating
0500 100g oats, raisins, banana, milk and weight gain in blender
0800 200g chicken 300g pasta with sauce on top
1000 200g chicken 300g pasta with sauce on top
1200 200g chicken 300g pasta with sauce on top
1400 at least 16oz of jacket potatoe with loads of cheese
1600 6 eggs and a bagel
1800 at least 16oz jacket potatoes with loads of cheese
2000 protein drink
21.00 cottage cheese and fruit
bed sleep till 0500
I wished I taken pictures of me at 9.12 but didnt as wouldnt let anyone see me with no top on but have pictures of me with tops on. I took measurement before starting this cycle and will take more at week 10 then before I end cycle
